2025-2026 FHS Schedule Change Request
Please complete request below. Please note that movement of students will be extremely difficult and will only be granted if it pertains to one of the options below. Check the option that applies to you, complete the form with appropriate signatures, and click submit. If your schedule change request is approved, please understand that additional changes to your classes/schedule may happen in order to maintain balanced classes and accommodate your schedule request. Your entire schedule may be changed if your request is granted. Changes will not be made based on teacher, period, or lunch preference. ALL REQUESTS ARE CONSIDERED BUT ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
