Interested in Volunteering?
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Pasco County Schools. Volunteers are a vital part of building relationships between schools, parents, community members, and business partners, while adding value to the educational experience of Pasco County students. Anyone wishing to volunteer at a Pasco County school must complete a volunteer application. Florida law requires all school volunteers to undergo a new background check each year.Currently volunteer opportunities will be limited and will be closely monitored to ensure mandated policies are followed. As always, only approved volunteers will be able to assist schools and opportunities will be on an as needed basis. After filling out the volunteer form, we ask that you receive approval from the school before arriving to campus to volunteer.
School Advisory Committee
The School Advisory Committee (SAC) is a school-based group intending to represent the school, the community, and the people closest to the students. The group shares responsibility for guiding the school toward continuous improvement. It is responsible for final decision-making at the school relating to implementation of provision of the annual School Improvement Plan. It is composed of the principal and teachers, education support employees and students, parents, and other business and community citizens.
