In order to assist our students and families to problem-solve challenges they may be encountering in moving to online learning, Fivay High School shares these common solutions.

Please note: The degree to which these address your issue is dependent upon factors typically beyond the control of our school. We cannot guarantee their effectiveness for your particular situation.

Concern: Does not have access to computer/device
Solution: Come to Fivay High School on Tuesdays, from 1-3pm. Please do not get out of car.

Concern: Computer/device has a hardware problem.

Concern: No Access to Internet
Solution: Many cell phone service providers have removed caps on data. You can contact your provider to discuss setting up a Wi-Fi hotspot through your mobile devices. These can access the internet through your phone’s cell signal. Their representatives can show you how.
